• Big Tent.
• Yearly Awards, voted by currently active cartoonists.
• Board of Directors from Comix / Art world. Basically, people who are not dopes, who can attract funding for -
• Yearly Xeric-type award.
• Paperwork and accounting to be maintained by part-time employee, probably NOT a cartoonist.

I nominate Bernard Caleo, Angelo Madrid, Kizza, and Amber Carvan as people who could form an exploratory committee.
